Do You watch Star Trek Movies or other SciFi movies alone? Well, it is way more fun to do it with someone! A glass of wine with someone you really like and great DVD can make you feel great. So, it should be definitely something to go for. Well, there is maybe one problem with this. What if you are alone?
So, I was thinking about it, and believe it or not, your Ferengi Merchant is not letting you down! Yet again, I have something in the sleeve! :-)
Don't worry, it's free, it doesn't hurt and it is absolutely safe. I have a website where you can show yourself and find someone to watch Star Trek DVDs together with YOU!
It is Adult Dating website, but don't worry, they are all nice and polite, so you will find your movie watching buddy in no time, just check at: LoLoMe

It's been a while since my last post. Reason for my absence was work on my new website. If you want to know more about it, you are free to try it out at Talk to Edward. What is interesting is that sequel for Star Trek is comming quite late with release date set somewhere in 2012!
I am not quite happy, it seems producers set off interest in some other direction. So, what will we do in a meanwhile before new Star Trek movies come? Somehow, I miss hyperpoduction of always new episodes that made Star Trek actually greatest, first and best soap opera of all times. Not quite soapy, but spacy... :-) Just kidding.
The only problem is that this shift of interests casts a shadow on my Ferengian bussines! What will I sell if all customers lose interest in buying Star Trek franschize? Will I be first Ferengi that made bad bussines decision on this planet? The trick may be that instead of selling DVD / Blu ray discs I switch onto something completely different. Lets, say, costumes and props. However, this will not go without proper fan base. Poor me. Maybe I should consult Kirk to make up some solution for my problems.
What is visible on the net is that actors would probably remain the same, so there we will not have problem. The main topic remains: Who will be the BAD guy ? Khan? No... would be to obvious. Beside, history changed. Maybe, this time, he will be GOOD guy? Hm, more or less everything is possible when Stars decide to get off off the Trek...
Hm, I only hope things will be little bit faster. If there would be any petition, I'd sign for it! Actually, well, this gives me an idea! I will start a campaign to promote faster Star Trek Sequel! Somehow,,,

I always wandered how creative humans can be. It is always surprising how simple, everyday items can be turned into great stuff. Alex Wer aka "The Pumpkin Geek" carves pumpkins for instance. The reason why I'm writing about it is that they simply look astonishing and that they are Star Trek related. As I can see, he is a great Star Trek fan and had great time at Star Trek Las Vegas Con '09. If you check his website, you can see nice pictures of pumpkins over there! I was trully amazed.
Fan part is to see in his event section Zachary Quinto, Johnatan Frakes or Rene Auberjonois standing next to the pumpkin with their carving on them! Looks really nice and funny. I bet they laughed a lot later about it. To cut it short, if you click on web site tumbnail, you'll get to see gallery of Star Trek motives, and if you check "Event" section you'll get to see Star Trek actors standing next to - you get it right - pumpkins!
Imagine what would happen if Ferengi would get a grasp on one of these and put them into replicator software! Massive sales of Star Trek pumpkins instead of DVDs or Blu Rays... Too bad I didn't know for this before Halloween this year.. :-(
There is also part with Star Trek Women characters and they look realy nice. Actually, pumpkin carvings remind me on that old style photos (the brownish ones). I wander only what will come next....
I can only imagine how would it look like to see entire movie on pumpkins instead on DVDs... Imagine, hundreds of pumpkins with movie scenes in a gallery! That would be something awesome, but I cannot imagine how much work would be involved... I bet, it would take years to do it.

I just received notification that Star Trek Limited Edition Replica Gift Set (Three-Disc + Digital Copy) (Amazon Exclusive) [Blu-ray]
; is available again for the purchase! After first rush in to web shops it appears that demand for this item was higher than expected. I don't wander since there is limit to only 5000 certified items. It is so nice that Star Trek lives again. New adventures of Enterprise and it's crew with Spock, Kirk and others. Hope sequel will come soon as well. That's gonna be again time of wanders. This time, JJ Abrams with it's scenarist crews don't have to stick to the cannons of Star Trek. Scenarios for movies might be original. Lot's of speculation is connected to it, but I just hope new Blu ray DVD set will be OK after people get it home.
It is possible though that people with some models of Samsung Blu ray players get some problems watching it. It was reported by several people on similar DVD Blu ray issues from same publisher. However, I bet it is only problem of first generation players and newer models will not have same quirks.
Not all the hope is lost. This came as nice surprise. I also thought that all the copies of Star Trek 11 were already sold out.

Today, on November 17th Enterprise launch comes from different dock. DVDs and Blu ray discs will enrol on it's way to thousands of homes to be played and explored...
Star Trek XI era will begin with delivered material, and soon, new web site designs inspired by this movie will flood the Internet. It is amazing to see growing interest unseen for years. Rebirth of Star Trek with new crew, new visuals and different plots starts, well, as of today. Future is bright. People responded well, and I hope that this reflects changes in the world as well. Star Trek and Rodenberry ideals always represented a better humanity. I mean, todays release is not realy hystorical event of a grand scale, but might be one of these that silently change the outcome of it. JJ Abrams gets part of the credit...
No drama, but silent launch into new explorations. Once again, Star Trek will guide us to baldly go where no man has gone before....
